By purchasing any OTP or rental number, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use and the Refund Policy below. You must accept these terms before every purchase.

Proper Use & OTP Delivery

You must follow the How to use instructions (including VPN/geo match where required) for OTP delivery. Failure to follow these steps is your responsibility, and any OTP failure caused by misuse or non-compliance is your burden.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CodeVerify Ventures from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use or misuse of our services, including any illegal or unauthorized activity conducted using numbers purchased or rented through CodeVerify.ng.

Anti‑Fraud & Misuse

CodeVerify.ng does not endorse fraud or misuse of its services for internet scams or illegal activity. We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts suspected of misuse without notice. In such cases, we will not refund wallet balances to a bank account.

OTP and rental lines

One-time verification numbers are for receiving a single OTP per purchase. Rental US lines are rental numbers intended for multiple inbound verification SMS during the active rental period. Service availability and delivery depend on upstream providers.

Refund Policy

• OTP purchases: if an OTP fails, we refund back to your wallet balance.
• We do not refund to a user’s bank account. Deposited funds must be used on the platform.
• Rental line purchases: if a purchase cannot be completed, you are not charged.
